I’ll admit I was a little troubled when I saw the Sunny Dayz Mural Festival map indicating where murals are to be installed. Why paint murals in downtown alleys instead of walls facing the street?  So, I asked Virginia Sitzes, creator of the SDMF, for her take on alleyways as public art locations.
