In this week’s episode it’s a new month which means we sit down with Editor-in-Chief Kelsey Wagner. Both Kelsey and I have a deep love for October, particularly Halloween. Kelsey’s neighbor goes all out for the holiday while my neighborhood catches the spillover trick or treaters.
This month we have a tasty issue with our October cover story being all about local sweet shop Amazing Graze. From delicious baked treats to divine charcutier boards. Amazing Graze truly is amazing. We also take a moment to lament the end of one of our longtime columns, Stew on That written by Rachel Stewart. Kelsey and I also gab about our favorite horror flick at the moment, Weapons.
As always we give you a rundown of some of the great events going on this month. Here are a few you should know about.
Nitty Gritty Film Festival Saturday Oct. 4th
Oktoberfest Saturday & Sunday Oct. 4th & 5th
Goblins on Grand Thursday, Oct. 16 | 5:30–7:30 PM
PonCon Saturday Oct. 25th
