Mike Boettcher and son Carlos plan their next moves while embedded with a 101st Airborne brigade in Kunar Province, Afghanistan. Their work became the basis for “Citizen Soldier,” a feature-length film available on streaming services, including Amazon’s Prime Video. Mike and Carlos were executive producers of the film.
