If you’re a mom reading this, I’m willing to bet that you’re the first-string QB of your household. You are the one who knows what to pack in each lunch, the one that knows who’s already had their allergy medicine for the day, the one that fights the good fight against the laundry pile to keep everyone in clean undies, and the one that holds the answers to all 98,502 questions that your precious pumpkins ask you each and every day. You’re the star of the show. No doubt about it. And though it’s awesome to be #1 in the hearts and minds of the tiny humans that live in your house, it can also be a little intense and overwhelming at times; and that means that every once in a while you may need to pull the undiscovered talent off the bench, dust him off, and throw him into the game. And that player is affectionately known as “Dad”.
